I have been inspired working with two different teams this week.

They were spending time crafting their future and facing into the real challenges and opportunities the future offers.

Co- creating, really collaborating, discussing, understanding, challenging, listening, discussing, innovating and having quality conversations that create positive change …. these things all take time.

Investing time in these conversations is essential to success.

True high performance – the magic in teams, the teams with mojo, the teams that shift from average to awesome ……that happens when we make time to have these dynamic conversations.

I’m inspired by the results these teams achieved in just one day… they worked hard… they left their judgements and assumptions at the door and they worked hard to be better together.
