Why the name, Gram?

Gram isn't an acronym. It's a philosophy.

Our team

We're an international team of senior executive coaches and facilitators, working with leaders across every sector. The context changes; the human work of leadership doesn't — and that's where we're at our best.

Our team comes from different backgrounds, but we’re united by a shared belief: that leadership is a practice, not a position, and that small, intentional shifts can create big, lasting change.

Each of us brings something different to our clients: strategic experience from senior corporate roles, depth in coaching and behavioural science, or sharp insight into what makes people and organisations thrive.

As CEO of Gram Consulting Group, Liane leads our team of highly experienced facilitators and coaches while remaining deeply hands-on in client delivery. With over 20,000 hours as an executive coach, team coach, facilitator, and coaching supervisor, she specialises in individual and team effectiveness, bringing both systemic insight and sharp commercial acumen to every engagement.
