A gram is small, but it’s intentional. Considered. Purposeful.

Our team
We are an international team of highly experienced executive coaches and facilitators, who work with clients to co-design meaningful, measurable change. We are industry agnostic and have worked with a large client base.
Our team come from different backgrounds, but we’re united by a shared belief: that leadership is a practice, not a position, and that small, intentional shifts can create big, lasting change.
Each of us brings something different for our clients, strategic experience from senior corporate roles, depth in coaching and behavioural science, or sharp insight into what makes people and organisations thrive.
Collectively, we’ve led teams, shaped strategy, and navigated the realities of leadership. We work alongside our clients, bringing the right mix of experience and perspective to move the work forward, where it matters most.

As CEO of Gram Consulting Group, Liane leads our team of highly experienced facilitators and coaches while remaining deeply hands-on in client delivery. With over 20,000 hours as an executive coach, team coach, facilitator and coaching supervisor, she specialises in individual and team effectiveness, bringing both systemic insight and sharp commercial acumen to every engagement.
