A coaching supervision session is a confidential, reflective conversation where a coach brings their real client work to an experienced supervisor. There's no fixed script — the coach sets the agenda, bringing whatever is most alive in their practice. Sessions can be one-on-one or held in a small group of coaches.

How the conversation works

The aim isn't to give answers, but to expand the coach's perspective so they return to their clients clearer and more resourced.


What's different in group supervision


In group supervision, a small group of coaches reflects together. You still bring your own situations, but you also hear what your peers are navigating — and that's where much of the value lies. Group members offer questions, suggestions and fresh perspectives on your work just as much as the supervisor does, and you often learn as much from exploring someone else's case as from your own.
